• All Marks sheets & Certificates duly Attested by a Gazetted Officer.
• Original Migration/T.C. Should be Submitted by a Gazetted Officer.
• Character Certificate from the Principle of School last attended.
• Eight passport size photographs.
• Income Certificate for Scholarship made by Tehsildar only.
• Student Domicile Certificate for Scholarship.
• For B.Ed. four set of Photocopies, High School to Graduation/Post Graduation Marksheet & Certificate.
